It will be an honor to pray for you both as you prepare to leave for Africa and during your time there.

Melissa, I am thrilled to hear you finally get to fulfill your hearts desire - after all these years of talking about mission work specifically in Africa. The Lord provides!

Leigh, I'm thankful for you - again, the Lord has provided. Melissa has a friend to walk beside her in this journey.

You girls have a wonderful time!

I have never been to Africa but I have seen it on Man Vs. Wild. He says that if an elephant starts running at you you're supposed to wave your hands around and yell really loud. That's all I know. Will definitely keep track on your website here. Have a safe trip, and we're all looking forward to seeing you ladies at the hospital when you get back.

THE IRISH TRAVELERS PRAYER
May the road rise up to meet your feet
May the wind always be at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face and rains fall soft upon your fields
May God hold you in the palm of His hand and deliver you safely home Until we meet again.
I am so proud to be Mel's father and of the many good things you both are doing! I hope the trip is everything you both imagined! Love, Dad

Your Independence Day remarks about My China remind me of a South African girl I asked out one time who called me a chipped up coffee mug. I feel hurt now...Frank

Yeah!!Cale helped me sign in. Hope all is well. We had a great time with your husband at the beach but missed you being there too. Sounds like you have gotten over the jet lag and are enjoying the R&R. From looking at your schedule for the next few weeks you will need it. I am praying for healing hands, clear quick minds and steadfast hearts to minister to the multitudes. And of course safety. Love,
Lani

Wow what a day! I guess I should be praying for feet to not stumble, but I'm encouraged to know the joy of the Lord is your strength.
Mops says hi and is praying for y'all. Art and I too.
